Pre-Registration Cancellations: We

books and videos, audio CDs or future conference fees. Last-minute
cancellations and no-shows can receive a 50% credit if requested
by Dec. 31, 2009. Also, your registration can be transferred to
someone else's name if you cannot attend; please contact our office.
If attendance is uncertain, play it safe and register on-site. Sorry,
