Acres U.S.A. Attends the Inaugural Tropical Agriculture Conference in Belize (Updated!)

November 14, 2018

This week, Nov. 13-15, marks the very first iteration of the Tropical Agriculture Conference, taking place in Belmopan, Belize.

The idea for this conference, focused on regenerative agriculture, came about after Belize Ag Report Publisher Beth Roberson attended the 2017 Acres U.S.A. Eco-Ag Conference & Trade Show. She returned home inspired and, less than a year later, with the help of Belize officials and Regeneration International, the Tropical Agriculture Conference was born.

Acres U.S.A. General Manager Ryan Slabaugh is in attendance at the conference, to listen to speakers such as André Leu, Reignaldo Haslett-Marroquin, and more. Follow along with his updates here:

Day 1: “Humanity Has To Come First”

Day 2: “Under the Trees We Flourish”

Day 3: Tractor Time podcast Episode 22
