The 2022 On-Farm Intensive will be held at Otter Creek Organic Farm on Aug. 22-23 and focusing on in-the-field education around ecological, biological farming tactics. Instructors will include Gary Zimmer and Leilani Zimmer Durand – experienced farmers with decades of knowledge under their belts.

Walk the Fields
One of the best parts about the On-Farm Intensive is the opportunity to walk the fields beside your instructors. Gary, Leilani and the other speakers will demonstrate their farming tactics in person, answer question, and lead further discussion.
