Registration for Advancing Industrial Hemp is live!

The Early Bird Registration price of $215 ends March 25, 2020. Registration increases to $230 from March 26 to May 11, 2020, and then to $260 from May 12-19 for on-site purchase. (Register here)

The Advancing Industrial Hemp event ticket gives you access to a full-day of sessions and networking on May 19, and the opening reception the evening before the event. (Register here)

The Tour Add-On Ticket includes a full day tour of hemp farms and processing facilities, on May 18, the day before the event. The tour is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes lunch. We will visit several hemp production facilities and farms locally to learn more about their challenges and successes within the hemp industry. (Register here)

This event is still scheduled

We understand that concerns around the COVID-19 virus are top of mind for many right now. We are monitoring the situation and currently all of our 2020 events will take place as scheduled. Acres U.S.A. will use appropriate health precautions at our events and take every step to maintain a healthy environment. We will continue to track recommendations of the WHO, the CDC, and the Colorado Health Department regarding COVID-19 and keep our community updated should anything change. Refund Policy

Q: What if I can't make it?

A: Advancing Industrial Hemp cancellations received through May 11, 2020, are entitled to an 80% credit to be applied to Acres U.S.A. subscriptions, books, DVDs, audio CDs or future conference fees.

Cancellations and no-shows received after May 12 and before June 15, can receive a 50% credit to be applied to Acres U.S.A. subscriptions, books, DVDs, audio CDs or future conference fees.

Q: Can I transfer my registration if I can’t make it?

A: Yes. You can transfer your registration on or before May 15, 2020, by calling Hannah Fields at the Acres U.S.A. office at 1-800-355-5313 or by emailing info@acresusa.com. After May 15, the transfer will be made on-site at the event. Have that person claim your registration on-site and we’ll make a new name badge there.
