Wednesday, October 16, 2019, is World Food Day. Developed by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, World Food Day strives to bring attention to food-related needs and issues around the world.

This year, the focus is on steps to creating a #ZeroHunger world. “Our actions are our future,” the organization writes on its site. “Achieving Zero Hunger is not only about addressing hunger, but also nourishing people, while nurturing the planet.”

Here at Acres U.S.A., we also believe this is true. Providing farmers with sustainable, regenerative methods and tools to produce healthy, nutritious food is our mission, and we have lots of ways to spread that education to the farmers of the world.

The upcoming 2019 Eco-Ag Conference & Trade Show – being held this Dec. 9-12 in Minneapolis, Minnesota – is one place where farmers can learn in person from some of the leading world experts in sustainable and regenerative agriculture, as well as health, nutrition, livestock and more.

Here are some of the ways attendees to the Eco-Ag Conference can learn more about the connection between solving hunger and eco-agriculture.
